Data deletion / 데이터 삭제

In the app: open Settings → Delete account to permanently delete your account and all associated data (learning progress and streak, quiz results, watchlist, and your virtual practice portfolio).

By request: you can also email smsolarpowerplant@gmail.com to request deletion of some or all of your data — with or without deleting your account. We respond within 30 days. Subscription billing records held by Google Play / RevenueCat are managed under their policies.

Wallstreet Hero ("the App") helps beginners learn long-term investing using the Peter Lynch framework. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account information: when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, basic profile (display name), and a user ID. Sign-in is required to use the App.
Your in-app activity: learning progress and streak, quiz results, watchlist, and your virtual practice portfolio (paper trading with fake dollars — no real money, no payment information is involved).
Diagnostics: crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) and app performance data (Firebase Performance) to keep the App stable.
Device identifiers: a push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and an app-integrity token (Firebase App Check) for app functionality and abuse prevention.
Subscription: if you subscribe to Premium, the purchase is processed by Google Play and RevenueCat; we receive the purchase status to unlock features. We do not receive your card or payment details.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or precise device identifiers, and we do not use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

Why we use it

App functionality (accounts, saving your progress and practice portfolio, notifications, subscription entitlement), and keeping the App stable and secure (diagnostics, abuse prevention).

Service providers

Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics, Performance, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, App Check) — processes data on our behalf.
Google Play Billing / RevenueCat — subscription purchases and entitlement.
Sign in with Google / Sign in with Apple — authentication.
Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) — stock market data. Requests are made from our servers and contain only stock tickers; no personal data is sent.
Google Vertex AI (Gemini) — generates educational company summaries on our servers; no personal data is sent.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the App (Settings → Delete account), or by emailing us at smsolarpowerplant@gmail.com.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google Firebase with access restricted by security rules so a user can only read/write their own data.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Not investment advice

The App is educational. Scores and classifications are not buy/sell recommendations.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.

위치·연락처·사진·정밀 기기 식별자는 수집하지 않으며, 광고·서드파티 분석 SDK도 사용하지 않습니다.

이용 목적

앱 기능(계정, 진도·모의 포트폴리오 저장, 알림, 구독 권한)과 안정성·보안(진단, 악용 방지).

처리 위탁(서비스 제공자)

Google Firebase(인증, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics, Performance, FCM, Remote Config, App Check) — 당사를 대신해 데이터를 처리.
Google Play 결제 / RevenueCat — 구독 결제 및 권한 관리.
구글/Apple 로그인 — 인증.
Financial Modeling Prep(FMP) — 주식 시세. 요청은 당사 서버에서 이뤄지며 종목 티커만 포함, 개인정보는 전송하지 않음.
Google Vertex AI(Gemini) — 당사 서버에서 교육용 기업 요약 생성, 개인정보 전송 없음.

보관 및 삭제

계정이 활성인 동안 보관합니다. 앱 내에서 언제든 계정과 모든 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다(설정 → 회원탈퇴). 또는 smsolarpowerplant@gmail.com 로 요청 가능합니다.

보안

데이터는 암호화 연결(HTTPS/TLS)로 전송되며, 보안 규칙으로 본인 데이터만 읽기/쓰기 가능하도록 제한해 Firebase에 저장됩니다.

아동

14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 고의로 그들의 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.

투자 조언 아님

본 앱은 교육용이며, 점수·분류는 매수/매도 추천이 아닙니다.

변경

방침은 갱신될 수 있으며, 변경 시 위 시행일이 바뀝니다.
